1. Course Fees

  • All course fees are to be paid in full before access is granted.
  • Fees include access to course materials, live sessions (if applicable), and student support.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • You submit a written request within 48 hours of purchase AND have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • A technical issue or duplicate payment occurs (must be verified and confirmed by our support team).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You completed more than 10% of the course.
  • You did not attend scheduled live classes or webinars.
  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to continue after access.
  • You failed to meet prerequisites or technical requirements for the course.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your registration anytime, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless it meets the above criteria.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Processing charges (e.g., gateway fees) may be deducted.
