- Cancellation Request: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@synoacademy.in within 5-7 days of placing your order.
- Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations must be requested within 5-7 days from the date of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Non-Cancellable Items: Certain items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.
- Refund Process: If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
